‘Houlis’ the ‘new cargo’ have brought the trouser back to our wardrobes.  In a season of maxi dresses and bodycon dresses, the humble trouser has sat on the sidelines. Until now. J Brand Houlihan cargo pants are big news at the moment, and have won over the hearts of plenty style-conscious celebs.
